Dommage j'aurais bien voulu voir 2012
Mais là , ARAQUIRI pour moi . 😭

You are viewing an auction for a 1979 Mugen ME125RZ kit bike; a ’79 Honda CR125RZ fitted with a factory Mugen cylinder, DG Performance head, Pro-Form race pipe and silencer, 34mm Mikuni carb, complete Simons Forks setup, Fox Air Shoxs, Fox/Thor swingarm, a powder coated FMF modified frame, new Metzler MC-5 tires, Sun rims with stainless spokes and miscellaneous Titanium hardware. Bike was restored over a year ago and has not had gas or oil in it. This Mugen comes with an Arizona title, so overseas bidders are welcome.
As for the details on this Black Beauty, there are so many I’m sure that I will not cover them all, but here are a few off the top. Engine, frame, hubs, backing plates, stopper arm, rear brake pedal, tank, expansion chamber, foot pegs and fork sliders are all powder coated. Swingarm, shock bodies, DG Head, Simons clamps/stem/nut/fork caps (top and bottom), rear chain guide, front engine mounts, right shock guard and wheel spacers are all anodized.
Titanium hardware includes all engine mounting bolts (4), top and bottom shock bolts, top Fox shox collars, all rear chain guide bolts, rear chain roller collar, step pins, right step bolt, exhaust chamber stay bolts, front Simons axle, swingarm pivot bolt and the rear axle. Rear chain adjusters are made of stainless. All hardware external from the engine was either re-plated or replaced.
Engine has all new Honda seals, new bearings, new rod kit, 2nd and 6th gear counter, thrust washers, fiber clutch plates and a NOS Honda intake. Mugen cylinder has a new sleeve (installed and matched by Kustom Kraft), with a NOS Honda piston kit at a bore of 55.5mm. Engine was assembled using NOS Honda gaskets.
Plastic is from DC Plastics (execpt for the front fender which is a NOS Petty Tony D'); the Mugen decals were custom made for me. Chain rollers and swingarm slider were machined out of black acetal. Rare NOS Honda -430 fuel cap. All cables are NOS Honda; throttle assembly is OEM Honda from a ’81 CR125RB with a NOS throttle tube.
As for the suspension and frame, the Fox Air’s are restored, with new bladders, seals, wipers, air valves, pivot bushings, collars and fresh oil. Swingarm is restored, it has been welded at the right pivot area (from chain rash and the holes from the original chain buffer welded up (this is visible in my photos). Simons forks have new seals, wipers, o-rings, tubes, stainless hardware and my custom alloy stem and nut. The frame is a ’79 CR125RZ Honda frame, modified by FMF for the use of a 21” front wheel; all welds are of Honda quality or better. Frame has no stripped threads or bent/poorly repaired areas.
As you can tell, this Mugen is absolutely “Stunning” and you will be hard pressed to find another like it. Notice the gussets at the bottom of the engine down tube and at the inside corners by the rear engine cradle (there are others throughout this Mugen); you will find these only on my bikes. As you probably know, Mugen bikes are very rare and hard to find in this condition. No disappointments here.
Though this Mugen is a total show bike, it was built for racing. From the frame mods, to the polished exhaust port, to the precision machined alloy bearing spacers in the hubs, this bike is all about racing. No missing kick starter bolts or extra decorative expansion chamber heat rings here.
Bid with confidence! Check my feedback as a seller, you will find several “Item as advertised”, “Great Packing” and “Great Communication” from buyers all over the world. I take pride in being honest and having great attention to detail. If you have questions or would like to see other photos, please ask.
Payment: Must be made in U.S. funds by bank wire transfer or cashier's check from a local U.S. bank, $1000 deposit due within 48 hours after the close of this auction; with the balance due within 4 weeks of close of auction. Do not bid if you don’t intend on paying.
Shipping: Winner bidder is responsible for all shipping arrangements and cost. I will crate the bike in a motorcycle crate for additional $275; this includes the crate, straps and my time. The buyer will need to arrange pickup from my residence and pay for all shipping and related charges. If you have any questions about this, please ask before bidding.
This bike has NO warranty and comes only with an Arizona title; no stand or other spare parts are included. I will provide a bill of sale if needed. I reserve the right to end this auction early, for this bike is for sale locally.
Thanks for viewing my auction; Good Luck and Happy Bidding!
